Angela Arnold of Elephant Home Staging knows that even if you choose an awe-inspiringly gorgeous mirror, your job is only half-way done.
“Mirrors are powerful when used correctly in any space. “The key to using mirrors correctly is to never forget that they become what they reflect,” Arnold says. “When choosing where to place the mirror, consider the goals and current challenges of the space,” she adds.
Redfin Guest Blog | How to Make Your Home Stand Out During a Virtual Tour
A few years ago I had the distinct pleasure of representing Indiana in the article “Home Staging Secrets to Appeal to Buyers in Your City.” which was featured on Redfin. So when Lexi Klinkenberg, author at Redfin, reached out with this article I was happy to be able to return the favor and feature Redfin as part of my regular blog!
I’m approached at least once month with someone wanting to be featured on this blog. I always look at the content and am amazed when the writer approaching me doesn’t even mention staging or relevant real estate tips! This is the first time I’ve featured a guest blogger. I found Lexi’s blog relevant and helpful as everyone is navigating our “new normal”. I hope you enjoy her article as much as I did!

HOWEVER, if an essential business, such as a builder or realtor, requests staging then we are a service provider to an essential business and can execute our services with proper COVID-19 precautions in place. De-Staging services are allowed.

It's no secret I've had an ongoing combative relationship with the medical community at large. While my father was in ICU I remember telling one of his critical care pulmonologists in a seething, I-am-about-to-lose-my-sh**-type voice that "sometimes the medical community gets it wrong. I didn't see this doctor again…Until a few weeks ago, when I was sitting in his office, as a new patient. Turns out, I’m the one who got it wrong.
