    This service includes rental of furnishings and accessories from our private inventory collection.

    The design of the space and selection of furnishings is tailored to the demographic of the potential buyer, neighborhood, price point, and architectural style of the home.

    Professional arranged, these furnishings enhance focal points and promote the unique architectural features of your home. Carefully selected accessories are then added to speak to the lifestyle of the potential buyer.

    Over 99% of buyers begin their home search online. Photos of vacant properties don’t show well online since there’s no point of reference in the photo to determine size and scale of the room.

    Rental agreements can be customized, with most beginning at 30 days.

    1. Elephant in the Room Interior Design is a registered and insured business. A copy of our business certificate + proof of insurance is available upon request.

    2. We utilize professional movers for all staging + design installations. The moving companies we work with carry their own insurance.

    3. Like any other furniture rental company, the client is responsible for items once placed in the home. Generally, a temporary rider can be placed on existing insurance for a small fee. Your insurance provider will have more information.
